eBay I have to clear some space on my shelves, so I need to part with some of my collection. I came across a supply of outstanding Czech Master’s Kits (CMK) figure and upgrade sets, so I bought a bunch. I am keeping a few for myself and selling off some of the duplicates. I won’t do a big write up on this, but here is what I have found online about this particular set: According to Wikipedia, the name Munga comes from the German phrase Mehrzweck UNiversal Geländewagen mit Allradantrieb, which translates as “multi-purpose universal cross-country car with all-wheel drive”. DKW (which stands for “Das Kleine Wunder” or ‘The little wonder’) produced over 45,000 of these between 1956 and 1968. CMK has created an all-resin version of this post-war workhorse just so you could have something to put next to a Cold Warrior tank or Berlin Wall scene. The CMK website shows only a photo of the box art and small picture of the resin parts. Unfortunately, they left out the usual detailed instruction sheets with assembly and painting guidance. Scalemates.com shows the same box art, but has little to say about the actual kit. There are a few references for the Munga which may be useful in your build. This set is in a compact box about 7” x 5” x 2”. As you can see from the pictures, the set is in very good condition and has never been opened (although it was never sealed at the factory), so it is factory fresh and absolutely gift-ready. This item contains dozens of highly detailed resin parts to let you build a complete DKM Munga 4×4 vehicle. I use eBay Managed Payments, but I no longer ship internationally. For the Builders, there are probably better (at least cheaper) ways to add to your project lists than buying from me, but you know you are getting top quality. For Collectors, my goal is to save you a few bucks over the competition for the same item in factory sealed and collectible (or resellable) condition.
