Q2-NL-01-MT (works but if sits off for over an hour or so, when it’s turned back on, it makes loud beeps and blinks for 10 seconds to “stabilize”. You then need to turn off and back on at which time it displays “Test Sft 5.0”. It is then ready to use. Presumed to be a capacitor or something similar wearing out? (1) GX1 Green filter (part# 79094) Illuminators (built in): (1) surface brightfield/darkfield (1) contour Objectives: (1) 3x (part# 70812, serial# 14939) (1) 5x (part# 70813, serial# 11742) (1) Nikon Coolpix MDC C-Mount Lens Adapter 28x25mm Not included: -No “z-axis” micrometer -Nothing else that is not seen/shown in photos or video. Testing: turned on and made video that is shown above. Both illuminators work and intensity adjusts with knob rotation. Diaphragm knob opens and closes the diaphragm as intended. The X&Y stage knobs move the stage nicely and smoothly. The goniometer rotates pretty good after I added some ISO 68 oil into the underside slot. Might need more to get it into top shape. Reticle goes in and out as intended. The Bi/Bi-Photo pull/push lever and the “B” illuminator/bottom only “D” illuminator push/pull lever move in and out as intended. Head goes up and down when right knob is rotated both ways. The left handle to raise/lower the arm doesn’t appear to work as intended when the “shaft” is pushed/squeezed. The DRO appears to adjust its readings accurately when X & Y knobs are rotated. Note: (The DRO might need some sort of electrical adjustment as when it is turned on after sitting for hours or a day, it makes loud beeping and all lights blink. Then after about 10 seconds, the beeping stops and lights stay on solid. Then you turn off and back on and display shows “Test Set 5.0”. It then displays 0.00000 reading on both axis and starts to show measurements as intended.) Note: The “isolator table” it is currently sitting on in the video/photos is not included by default. But if you want to discuss my adding it to the listing/creating additional listing before you purchase the measure scope, then please message me before any purchase.
