HDR Photography
• HDR stands for High Definition Resolution
• It is a photographic technique used to increase the exposure range of the captured image
• The end result will be close to what we perceive with the human eye.
• Images captured by the camera (film or electronic) has a relatively narrow acceptable range of light exposure
• Too much light and bright objects will be washed out and “over exposed”.
• Too little light and shadows will be dark and “underexposed”.
HDR Photography Combines Images
HDR + Perspective & Color Correction
(Compare vertical subject lines and color to previous photo)A note about post processing
• Post processing is using photographic imaging tools (e.g. PhotoShop & others) to enhance or correct for distortions or unwanted features
• The goal is to present an accurate representation of the subject material, not to introduce artificial imagery except in the case of
virtual staging.
• Removing parked vehicles and personal photographs are good examples of acceptable corrections as well as for distortion errors.
• A perfect photographic shoot provides visually appealing images to showcase the property layout, special features and amenities. This
will help the buyer narrow his search for the ideal property that
meets their needs & requirements.
