These miniatures are fantastic! The sculpting is crisp and clear. The poses are dynamic. The array of arms and heads and weapons and gear and supplies is extraordinary. There are so many leftover bits on each sprue that may be used to customize other miniatures. The sprue contains 5 bodies, 10 heads, a lantern, a torch, quivers, bows, rope, a backpack, a bag of bolts, crossbows, a satchel, another rope, a mace, a dagger, swords, a huge sword, axes, a big axe, gear, shields, spears, and open handed arms. That’s a ton! There are thousands of combinations. Now, the thing about Frostgrave that is so great is that it doesn’t take a lot of miniatures to play it. Each warband can only have a maximum of 10 figures in it. Two of them have to be wizards. The rest are hired muscle. So a player only needs 8 or so to finish off their warband. But… What if you want to have some weapons flexibility to your group? Do you need a few hard plastic troops for bits and conversions? What if you almost have enough Reaper figures, but want a few inexpensive soldiers to finish up a warband? What if you want to start a second warband, or a third, and need a few extras to round things off? Do you want a few inexpensive figures for Dungeons & Dragons, Deus Vult, or Pathfinder? This is where a single sprue comes in handy. Buy these soldiers and spend your saved dollars on more wizards! This auction is for a single sprue of five miniatures, NOT the 20 that come in a box. No bases (sold in another auction). They are new and fresh out of the box. They have never been primed or removed from the sprue. They are plastic and even when they are new out of the box a sword or two may need a spot of glue for a quick repair. The pictures above show the box for reference and the actual sprue that you will receive. Assemble your army! Paint those figures and ready your warband for battle.
