FEATURES & INFORMATION – Produced by Lindberg, a luxury fashion house creating timeless eyewear of supreme quality while still prioritizing sustainability and ethical methods of production – A truly one of a kind pair of eyeglasses. This particular model is called the ‘Taurus’, which is a style that Lindberg stated has not been produced in over twenty years. – A must have for any collector of luxury eyewear; the Taurus was part of their seasonal collection for the 2001 release cycle and was, even all the way back then, of quite limited quantity. It has not been produced or rereleased ever since. In scouring the internet for my attempts to price compare to other listings, I have found no other ‘Taurus’ models and there is a strong chance this is the only one. – Released from when Lindberg was still a family owned business (long before Kering Eyewear’s acquisition of the brand) – Made in Denmark LISTING FEATURES – A handsome, sophisticated design; diamond cut corners contrast against the curved top/bottom wire to achieve a soft yet geometric look. Too subtle for a glance, but capturing once you see it. – Lightweight black wire frame utilizing Lindberg’s proprietary design of quadruple twist hinges, eliminating the risk for screws coming loose – 100% titanium frame allows for hypoallergenic properties and is thus suitable for all skin types – Translucent, cream coloured nose pads with ‘Lindberg’ embossing – Original black triangular Lindberg folding case with replacement cleaning cloth – Complementary Hallmark gift box SIZING & CONDITION – New old stock (NOS) but is not flawless. The glasses are deemed very good condition. Some minor scratching on the stock lenses and original cleaning cloth is not included. Because of this and the lack of printing on the arms, it is probable that this pair was never made for circulation and instead used in a display case to be shown off to customers. NOTE: Presentation models / samples are made at the same quality as those in circulation and would function as well as pairs made for retail. APPROXIMATE MEASUREMENTS Temple length: 145 millimetres Lens width: 50 millimetres Bridge width: 18 millimetres NOTE: Measurements are taken by hand with a measurement tape. Three to five millimetres are within the margin of error.
