If you wish faster service, we can offer exchange pumps from our warehouse (exchange bank). There is two possibility:1)You send us your broken pump we send back repaired pump from exchange bank. Exchange pump will be dispatched in next business day after receiving of your pump. Please contact for details!2)We can send you already repaired pump from exchange bank. Then you can change pumps and send back your broken pump. If you choice this option, we will ask for deposit of 25 EUR, deposit will be refunded when we will receive your broken pump. You will get repair service for precharge pump with 6 month warranty (for 5th generation Haldex pumps only 2 month warranty). After repair Haldex pump will be tested in special test unit. With pump you also will receive test report. Warranty is valid from day of pump dispatch for 6 month if: – New Haldex oil filter are installed at the same time as the pump (there is no oil filter of 5th generation Haldex) – New oil are filled at the same time as the pump – Pump not damaged from outside All important parts are brand new and will be installed on your pump.
