2. Cancellations, Buyer’s Remorse Returns or Incorrectly Bought Item Returns:

• For order cancellations, please contact us within 3 hours the order was placed. We will cancel the order and issue a refund without any fees if we received the notification prior to pulling the wheels or tires from our warehouses. Please call us at [phone removed by eBay] or email us.
• For cancellation requests on orders that have already shipped, please request for a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) from customer service (see How to Return section below). • Please send clear photo evidence of packaging damage PRIOR to opening the package, as well as clear photos of the damaged item.
• Please notify us and send these photos within 2 days of delivery (delivered date as shown on FedEx.com).
• We will not accept returns nor issue refunds for items damaged in transit if you have not notified us within 2 days of delivery, so please check your package thoroughly as soon as it is delivered.
• We will issue an RGA for the eligible return

B. Recieved an incorrect item
• Notify us immediately if you received an item whose manufacturer label does not match the description found on your e-Bay invoice.
