Used Genuine Rossi 92 Deluxe Rifle Stock Buttstock – Perfect To Refinish Or Trim For Ranch Hand / Mares Leg Here is a used take-off Rossi R 92 Deluxe buttstock for all Rossi lever action rifles including .357 and .44 Magnum, .45 Long Colt, and .454 Casull models. This stock is solid and has nice wood grain character and is the Deluxe version of Rossi stocks that replicates classic original Winchester 92 rifles. The tangs and tang screw hole are in excellent condition. There is some very light dents on the bottom right side around 8″ from the front tip of the stock as seen in the pictures. There is also a very light dent on the bottom right side around 12″ from the front tip of the stock as seen in the pictures. These are hardly noticeable and were difficult to capture in pics. This butt stock is perfect for those looking to shorten a stock for a Ranch Hand Mare’s Leg style lever action rifle because the dents are in the back section that would be removed. Or it would be perfect to refinish and save some money on a full length deluxe stock. Just add a cast steel or stainless steel butt plate. This is the Deluxe buttstock that comes from the factory on Rossi 92 octagon barrel rifle models only. Because the receivers and tangs are the same on all Rossi 92 variants, it will fit all Rossi 92 lever action models regardless of caliber, barrel length, and barrel shape. It is a nice upgrade to the factory carbine stocks with the flat stamped rear butt plate or the rubber pad, better replicating classic Winchester 92 repeating rifles.
