Warehouse Developments
Lakeland is fortunate to be the epicenter of the Florida Warehouse boom "The I-4 Corridor", being perfectly positioned between Tampa and Orlando. There is obviously competition between builders and spectacular photographs of the site would go a long way towards bids for future developments.
I am presently performing two "Time-Lapse Video" development projects, one of which is a warehouse, which will show the on-going and final completion phases. The Warehouse project will take 18 mo. to 2 yrs. to complete and I will post a mid-way update when available and the final videos at the end of the project.
